Local charm with stellar service
We loved the serene ambiance and the exceptional help from the staff when we needed local dining tips. Everything was immaculate upon arrival, creating a warm welcome.
The lack of an elevator made carrying luggage to our apartment a bit of a challenge, especially after a long day of exploring the vibrant streets of Marseille.

The spacious apartment is ideally located, just
steps away from the Metro and a few blocks from the bustling port area. Lucas, the owner, was incredibly helpful, sharing great local tips and accommodating our luggage before check-in. The only drawback was the absence of a lift, but the comfortable setting overshadowed it.

What shines and what doesn’t
The staff were exceptional. Jeanne's assistance made exploring easy! The location near the Port was fantastic, and the amenities provided were satisfactory for the price we paid.
The absence of elevators posed challenges for moving luggage. Additionally, noise from nearby nightlife could disrupt your tranquil moment.

Perfect location just off the port, spacious apartment with a comfy bed, and Netflix access! Loved having a little fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for when cravings hit.
Stairs, stairs, and more stairs! My calves are probably in shape now, but one towel for a shower? Really?

Loved the kitchen amenities, especially the microwave and toaster, which made breakfasts super easy. You can unwind in the cozy lounge area or enjoy the serenity of the small courtyard. The shower pressure could've been better, but it didn't take away from my stay at all. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 13private terracefunctional kitchenwashing machinestair access
The one-bedroom apartment had a private terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a quiet evening. The kitchen was functional, equipped with a large capacity washing machine, making it suitable for longer stays.
Navigating the area can be tricky due to the complex arrangement of house numbers, making it somewhat challenging to locate specific apartments. The entrance lock mechanism is old and requires a bit of effort to operate, which might frustrate some guests. Plus, the absence of an elevator means those on higher floors will be lugging their bags up a flight of stairs, which can wear you out after a long day of exploring. Limited kitchen supplies like cooking oil have also been noted, which can hinder your meal prep if you’re planning to cook. Lastly, the noise from surrounding nightlife can be bothersome for those seeking a tranquil stay.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and furnished with a blend of modern and historic charm. The private terrace was a delightful spot to catch some sun, enhancing our experience despite the chilly weather. Additionally, the communication with the staff was exceptional, they provided numerous recommendations that enriched our stay. However, some kitchen appliances, while convenient, could use better upkeep, and the bathroom fixtures were slightly outdated. Our overall stay left room for improvement, but the positives truly stood out.
